Hartlepool celebrate their opener against StokeA typical day in the FA Cup with shock results aplenty. The early game today provided the first stunner as Hartlepool knocked off Stoke 2-0.

Hull and Newcastle will have to try again after playing to a scoreless tie.
Everton won away from home against a stubborn Maccelsfield, Leon Osman getting the goal just before half time.
Man City boss, Mark Hughes, might feel his hot seat get a little warmer after a 3-0 thumping at the hands of Nottingham Forest.
Middlesbrough knocked off Barrow 2-1, the damage being done by an Alves double.
Portsmouth will have to head away from home for a replay after a scoreless tie against Bristol City.
Fulham left it late, but eventually outlasted Sheffield Wednesday 2-1, both goals coming from Andrew Johnson.
In another clash between EPL sides, Sunderland defeated Bolton 2-1, Jones and Cisse scoring for the home side, with Smolarek netting for Bolton.
West Brom looked as though they were going to squeeze through after holding a one goal (Olsson) lead into the 88th minute, but Peterborough had other ideas and forced a replay.
West Ham made easy work of Barnsley, 3-0, Ilunga, Noble, and Cole getting the goals.
Liverpool turned in a workmanlike performance and did just enough to beat Preston 2-0. Riera and Torres the scorers in the win.
