Terry crunches into Leon OsmanThis is shaping up to be the strangest title race in recent memory as the top 4 contenders continue to drop points left and right and none of them seeming able to pull away from the pack. We are entering the, always hectic Christmas period with a large slate of games on the schedule that may seperate the men from the boys.

Chelsea blew their chance to go top today and were actually lucky to escape with a point. Their cause was dealt a serious blow in the 35th minute when influential captain, John terry, was red carded for a vicious high tackle on Leon Osman. Everton looked to have snatched a winner in the second half, but Pienaar saw his goal ruled out.
